Charlotte's oversees Biosecurity and Food Safety to ensure that all of our products reach our #1 trading partner in tip top condition.

Charlotte's epic career includes stints at Scott Base, Antarctica, where she investigated the impact of climate change on fish species.

Siobhan O'Connor

Having studied Marine Biology and Environmental Studies at Victoria University in Wellington, environmental issues are part of Siobhan's DNA.
She has explored the Pacific Ocean on the famous Tangaroa- one of the most active research vessels in the world!
Specialising in microbial research, Siobhan was one of 40 people on the Tangaroa who didn’t see land for 4 weeks. She is now leading an exciting and ambitious project to make over 1 million hectares of mainland Aotearoa predator-free.

Alexia is the CEO of GirlBoss NZ - the school project which has grown to become NZ's largest organisation for young women. Founded when Alexia was just 16, GirlBoss now has 13,500 members.

Alexia’s mission is to get women to the table - the boardroom table that is, and she believes the decisions made while young are crucial in paving the way. She has flown with NASA and is the youngest person to represent New Zealand at the United Nations in New York.

The GirlBoss Edge programme is designed and delivered by GirlBoss NZ founder Alexia Hilbertidou.​
​
Alexia has had over $500,000 worth of leadership development training through prestigious fellowships at Facebook Headquarters in San Francisco; the Three Dot Dash Foundation in New York; as an Eisenhower Youth Fellow in Spain; and a Deloitte Global Scholar in London. She studied Leadership for Change at UK's Cambridge University.
Alexia is taking the best of what she has learned and will be delivering it to you in this 10 day programme.
